🚨 Raffle Winner Alert 🚨

Good morning, Noble Women!

Before we dive into this week’s study, let’s take a moment to celebrate our raffle winner, Margaret Ray! Congratulations, sis! You’ve won a #Noble t-shirt! Send me a personal message with your preferred shirt size and address. I love seeing you all engage, grow, and encourage one another in this study. Keep participating because there will be more opportunities to win!

Last week, our hearts were set on true beauty. We learned that beauty isn’t just about what’s on the outside, it’s about the heart, the spirit, and the character of a woman who walks with the Lord. We embraced the truth that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, that a gentle and quiet spirit holds great value in God’s sight, and that humility and the fear of the Lord make us truly beautiful. While the world chases trends and external appearances, we are called to cultivate an eternal beauty that doesn’t fade.

And now, we step into Week 4: Health & Fitness. This week, we shift our focus to honoring God with our bodies, embracing wellness, and strengthening ourselves for the purpose He has for us.

If you haven’t already, be sure to read Chapter 4: Health & Fitness in The Noble Woman and download the 7-day study guide from the Free Study guide from the “Free Study Materials” tab at the top of the page.

Your body is a temple, a vessel entrusted to you by God. Taking care of it is not about vanity, it’s about stewardship. It’s about having the energy, strength, and vitality to fulfill your calling as a woman of God. Whether that looks like nourishing your body with healthy foods, staying active, or simply getting enough rest, this week is about aligning our physical well-being with our spiritual walk.

So, let’s start strong! Write "I'm in!" in the comments if you’re ready for this week’s challenge. And as you begin today’s study, reflect on this: How can I honor God with my body this week?

Let’s go, Noble Women!
